Need to make a return or an exchange? 

Just follow these simple steps: 1 Go to https://94ada9.returnrabbit.app  2 Fill out the online form and select refund or exchange. 3 Print off your label and drop your return in the mail; we’ll take care of the rest. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY  

If any item in your order does not meet your expectations, return it, for a flat discounted fee of $5.00 USD, within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, or exchange for a different size, color, or style. If you have need to return an item past the 30 days window, we will accept items up to 60 days after purchase for store credit.* All returned items must be in their original, unworn, resaleable condition with hang tags still attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. TRUWEAR MISSIONARY’s return and exchange policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidental damage. After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your refund, new item, or store credit. If your return is for store credit or an exchange, it will be available as soon as your returned item is received and processed (typically 1–2 business days after delivery to our warehouse). If your return is for a cash refund, please allow additional processing time (of up to 10 business days after we receive your return item) for the funds to post to your original form of payment.  

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  

TRUWEAR MISSIONARY is committed to delivering the highest quality professional wear 100% of the time. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, damaged or defective items evade our quality control measures and ship to our valued customers. If you believe that you have received a damaged or defective item, please let us know immediately at customerservice@truwear.com. We will respond as quickly as possible and do all that we can to fulfill our commitment.

What items are returnable for a full refund? 

  • Items purchased and delivered within the United States 
  • Items purchased and delivered within 30 days Unworn, resaleable, with hang tags still attached items 
  • Items delivered damaged or unwearable 

What items are eligible for store credit or exchange? 

  • Items purchased and delivered within the United States 
  • Items purchased and delivered within 60 days and within the United States (Sorry, International Orders do not apply at this time.) 
  • Unworn, resaleable, with hang tags still attached items 

What if I want to return an item I purchased on sale/clearance? 

All Clearance merchandise is Final Sale and cannot be returned. 

 

Is it easy to return purchases? 

Simply fill out our online form, print off the necessary return label, and drop your return in the mail. We will begin processing your return upon notification of mailing. 

How soon will I get my refund? 

Please allow up to 10 business days for full refunds to be processed, and/or 1-2 business days for store credit or exchange returns. 

 

*Returns and Exchanges apply to orders purchased and delivered within the United States of America. We’re sorry, but international orders do not apply at this time.
